You may prefer one-to-one sessions to community-based ones because of preference, time restraints, your location or a pregnancy-related concern or you may wish to compliment your antenatal education from this pregnancy or a previous one.

Whatever your reason customised one-to-one antenatal education will provide you and your birth support with the information that you are in search of, to leave you more confident and informed in the lead-up to your labour, birth and postpartum.

The time and location of these sessions will be scheduled with your comfort and needs in mind to create the best environment for your participation in becoming informed and equipped with practical tools for your specific pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. 

My Antenatal Education service covers the following:

• In-home (or a location of your choice) customised antenatal education with a qualified Childbirth Educator. 

• A 4-hour course that can be split over two sessions or completed in one session with suitable breaks for all. 

• Content can cover pregnancy to postpartum but will be customised to your needs and desires after a brief consultation. 

• Email follow-up of relevant resources and information after sessions for your reference.
